These Terms govern your purchase, licensing, download, installation, and use of the Query Forge software product.
Query Forge is a downloadable software plugin for WordPress and Elementor (“Product”). It provides visual tools for building queries and related functionality. Query Forge is not a hosted service or SaaS platform. All software runs locally within your own WordPress installation.
Features and functionality may vary between the Free version and paid subscription licenses. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
Upon purchase of a paid subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product in accordance with the license tier you purchased.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product or any license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Paid licenses are sold as annual subscriptions with a term of one (1) year. An active subscription grants access to paid features, updates, and license validation for the duration of the subscription term.
When a subscription expires, access to paid features and updates may be disabled.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription term unless canceled prior to renewal. You will be notified at least thirty (30) days before renewal using the email address associated with your purchase.
Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not terminate your license for the remainder of the current term.
No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for canceled subscriptions.
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the Product, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the software has been delivered or a license has been activated.

Where required by applicable law, a refund may be issued only if the digital content has not yet been delivered.
Updates are provided only while an active subscription is in effect. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and response times are not guaranteed. Support availability may vary by license tier.
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with all themes, plugins, hosting environments, or WordPress versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Query Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, site downtime, loss of revenue or profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription term.
You are solely responsible for your website content, data, backups, and compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Query Forge does not collect or store your website data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if these Terms are violated, the Product is misused, or fraudulent activity is detected. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Product after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
